What to Know About Compounded GLP-1* Treatment
Clinician-Guided Treatment
A licensed healthcare provider may prescribe a compounded medication when it is determined to be medically appropriate and necessary for your care. Treatment requires medical qualification.
About Compounded GLP-1s*
Our compounded GLP-1* treatments are not FDA-approved and are not equivalent to any FDA-approved drug. The manufacturing process is not FDA-reviewed. FDA-approved versions are available. Compounded medications are prepared by specialized pharmacies and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality.
Weight Loss Results Vary
Results from clinician-guided weight loss care can vary and are typically contingent on adherence to a reduced-calorie meal plan and increased physical activity. Discontinuing treatment may result in weight regain.

Work smarter, not harder
How do we do it?
Our program is built on biology. We include an examination, a DNA analysis and blood work to understand your testosterone levels, metabolic profile and nutritional needs. Our program will not only help you lose weight, but we’ll also give you the medications, support, and information you need to keep it off for good.
Everyone who has struggled with their weight understands the yo-yo effect. You lose the weight and then it comes back or you can’t keep it off. And if you’ve considered bariatric surgery, you should get a Revibe Health consultation to review your goals to understand all the alternatives available to you in your weight loss journey before taking the major step toward weight loss surgery.
By partnering with Revibe Health, you’ll get access to personalized, clinician-guided weight loss care—including prescription treatment options, hormone support, and ongoing medical oversight. Our simple, customized program is designed to help you reach your goals and maintain results with confidence.
Questions About Weight Loss.
Eligibility, Safety and Policies
Revibe welcomes any eligible men, women, couples, or others who may benefit from custom weight-loss prescription treatments. You will be evaluated and approved for any weight-loss program or treatment; only patients approved by a healthcare professional may participate.
No, nothing about the program is mandatory, including medications. In some cases appetite suppressants are prescribed for medical reasons to help curb hunger and cravings, but you can still be successful without them.
Compounded GLP-1* medications used in Revibe’s weight loss programs are prescribed and monitored by licensed healthcare providers. As with any prescription medication, potential side effects exist and your provider will discuss these with you before starting treatment. Revibe’s clinician-guided approach ensures ongoing monitoring and dose adjustments to keep treatment both safe and effective. *See the compounded-drug disclaimer in the notes above.
Yes. A health condition is one of the main reasons for enrolling in a medically supervised program. Obesity and excess weight can contribute to a variety of medical conditions, and vice versa. Revibe has the expertise and experience to ensure your weight-loss process is done safely; at your consultation the provider reviews your medical history and any contraindications.
No, Revibe does not offer bariatric surgery. If you are unsure whether such a serious procedure is right for you, we invite you to first try medically supervised weight loss — less expense, fewer lifestyle changes, and less risk.
You can cancel the weight loss program at any time; there are no fees for medically related cancellations, and any overpayment is refunded. You may request a refund within the first 30 days of receiving your medication. Healthy weight loss is gradual, so you should not expect dramatic changes in the first 30 days, but you will know within that window whether the program is right for you.
Results and What to Expect
Most patients begin to see modest weight reductions in the first few months of treatment. Significant weight loss typically requires 3 months or more of consistent use. It’s important to keep realistic expectations and to support your medication with healthy nutrition and regular movement.
Yes — for the best results we strongly recommend combining your medication with healthier eating habits and regular physical activity. Your provider can offer exercise recommendations tailored to your health and ability. Prioritizing protein, healthy fats, and fiber while reducing processed foods is highly recommended.
Contact us anytime to speak with your provider or to schedule a phone or telehealth visit. Your provider can review your current plan and recommend adjustments to improve your results. Do not adjust your dose on your own without provider guidance.
The lifestyle changes supported by clinician-guided care make it possible to maintain your results after stopping medication. However, returning to poor eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle may lead to weight regain. Your provider can help you develop a sustainable, long-term maintenance plan.
Every patient is different, and how much you can lose depends on your Body Mass Index, health conditions, motivation level, and goals. Revibe designs your program and monitors your progress so you can safely achieve your goals — then it’s up to you to follow the recommended plan.
Revibe Health Weight Loss Programs
Revibe offers a personalized, non-surgical, science-based approach to losing weight and improving fitness. In addition to ongoing medical supervision and assistance, we empower patients with the knowledge and skills to proactively manage their own health. The program goes beyond calorie counting to create a plan you can maintain for life.
The program is built on biology. It begins with an examination, a DNA analysis, and blood work to understand your testosterone levels, metabolic profile, and nutritional needs. From there your provider builds a custom plan — which may include prescription treatment options, hormone support, lipotropic injections, genetic testing (Nutrigenomix), and a fasting-mimicking diet (ProLon) — plus the medications, support, and information you need to keep the weight off.
Those who aren’t seeing their desired results at the gym or after dieting are ideal candidates. Whether you need to lose 10 or 110 pounds, Revibe can help you reach your goals with a customized program that helps you lose weight and transition into a healthier lifestyle.
Weight loss medication shipments are sent approximately every 8 weeks (about every 2 months).
Revibe offers clinician-guided weight loss programs tailored to each patient’s needs and lifestyle. Programs may include compounded GLP-1* medications, DNA-based nutritional and blood-panel analysis, custom appetite-suppressant prescriptions, medically supervised fasting programs, and — for men — testosterone replacement therapy to address underlying factors that affect weight management.
