Getting Started
Book a Revibe Health consultation or contact the Revibe Health team. Let the team know that you may qualify as a military member, veteran, National Guard or Reserve member, active first responder, or union member, and provide the applicable documentation. Once eligibility is verified, the appropriate offer can be applied to a qualifying program.
Payment and Coverage
No. Revibe Health does not accept insurance or Medicare, including TRICARE or VA benefits, as payment for care. A TRICARE card may still be used as documentation to verify eligibility for the Service Discount Program.
Service Discount Program Offers
The current discount schedule applies to TRT subscriptions, HRT subscriptions, and qualifying sublingual and injectable ED programs. Weight loss programs are not eligible for the Service Discount Program.
For a qualifying TRT subscription, the standard $298 enrollment down payment is reduced to $199, a savings of $99. The monthly TRT subscription payment is not discounted.
For a qualifying HRT subscription, the standard $250 enrollment down payment is reduced to $150, a savings of $100. The monthly HRT subscription payment is not discounted.
Qualifying sublingual and injectable ED programs receive 10% off the program price when the patient pays over time using an eligible payment plan.
Qualifying sublingual and injectable ED programs receive 20% off the program price when the patient pays in full.
For TRT and HRT subscriptions, the benefit is applied to the enrollment down payment and does not reduce ongoing monthly payments. For qualifying ED programs, the applicable percentage discount is applied to the program purchase.
No. Revibe Health weight loss programs are not eligible for the Service Discount Program under the current discount schedule.
No. The current program applies to qualifying TRT subscriptions, HRT subscriptions, and sublingual and injectable ED programs. Other treatments are not included unless Revibe Health specifically identifies them as eligible.
Service Discount Program Rules
No. Discounts and promotional offers are not combined. If you qualify for another Revibe Health offer that provides a greater value, the larger single offer will be applied instead.
Revibe Health will apply the larger eligible offer rather than combining multiple discounts, so you receive the better single offer available to you.
Telemedicine and the Service Discount Program

Yes. The same applicable Service Discount Program schedule is available to eligible telemedicine patients receiving a qualifying Revibe Health treatment.
Provide qualifying documentation as part of the Revibe Health intake or eligibility-verification process. The Revibe Health team can direct you on how to provide the documentation needed to confirm eligibility before the discount is applied.
Verifying Your Eligibility
Accepted documentation may include a Military ID, Veteran ID Card, VA identification card, DD-214, TRICARE insurance card, or a state-issued ID that shows veteran status. Other documentation may also be accepted when it is sufficient to verify qualifying military or veteran status.
Union members may provide a current union membership ID card or documentation showing union dues payments, such as a union dues receipt, to verify eligibility.
Police and law enforcement personnel may provide a department-issued identification card, professional credentials, or badge that confirms current qualifying service.
Firefighters may provide a department-issued identification card or badge that confirms current qualifying service.
Paramedics and EMTs may provide an employer-issued badge or a state-issued paramedic or EMT license or certification that confirms current qualifying status.
Yes. A TRICARE insurance card may be used as documentation to help verify military eligibility for the Service Discount Program. It is used as proof of eligibility and does not mean Revibe Health bills TRICARE for care.
