Doctor of Naturopathic MedicineDr. Gene Eysmont was born in Kyiv, Ukraine and moved to the United States at a young age. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Portland State University and his doctorate from the National University of Natural Medicine.
Dr. Eysmont has extensive experience in biomedical and neuroscience research, and he draws on that background to provide evidence-based, patient-focused treatment. He has a particular interest in men’s health, healthspan, and longevity.

Yes. Revibe offers telemedicine appointments for patients across Oregon. Patients can connect with a licensed provider, complete a consultation, and begin a personalized care plan without visiting the clinic when telemedicine is appropriate. Before a telemedicine visit, Revibe will email you links to complete your online health history and new patient forms.
Revibe Health can provide patients in-person, in-clinic care, or video-telemedicine visits with a licensed healthcare provider. Our Portland, Oregon location supports in-person visits at the Portland Medical Center in downtown Portland, while telemedicine is available for patients across Oregon when appropriate. For convenience, telemedicine visits may also help maintain continuity between in-office appointments for patients that prefer in-person care.

At your first Revibe Health Portland visit, you can expect a discreet, professional appointment in a private treatment room. Our experienced care team will review your health history, symptoms, treatment goals, and discuss any required lab work. Your Revibe Health provider will then discuss whether hormone therapy (TRT or HRT), weight loss care, ED treatment, PE treatment, or another treatment may be appropriate for your needs.

Women’s services include HRT for perimenopause or menopause symptoms, testosterone therapy for women when clinically appropriate, and compounded GLP-1 medical weight loss. Treatment is individualized and depends on symptoms, your health history, risk factors, provider evaluation, and labs when appropriate.
Yes. Revibe has specialized in Low-T, TRT, ED, premature ejaculation, weight loss, sexual health, and customized medical solutions for men since 2011. TRT options may include injectables or topical creams depending on the patient. ED and PE care may also include customized medications, combination treatment including TRT when relevant and other provider-guided recommendations.
