Sarah Harville, MSN, FNP-C, WHNP-BC
Sarah holds board certification in both family practice and women’s health, so she can treat a man and his partner without either one being an afterthought. Hormone care works differently in men and women, and it should be practiced that way.

Sarah Harville is a double board-certified nurse practitioner, credentialed in both family practice and women’s health, with 11 years of experience as an advanced practice provider. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from Texas Woman’s University and completed a post-master’s Family Nurse Practitioner certification at the University of Texas at Arlington.
She began her career in surgical technology and spent three years as a registered nurse in cardiovascular intensive care and progressive care at Texas Health Huguley Hospital. She went on to serve as the sole primary provider at OB-GYN clinics in Terrell and Greenville, Texas, managing hormone therapy, weight loss treatment, and care for high-risk obstetric patients, and later led patient evaluation and treatment planning at a neuropathy clinic in Tyler.
At Revibe Health in San Antonio, Texas, Sarah Harville treats low testosterone, menopause, perimenopause, medical weight loss, including compounded GLP-1 treatment and GLP-1 program support, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and Peyronie’s disease, and oversees custom TRT, medical weight loss, and hair restoration programs.
