Megan Day, APRN-CNP
My approach is rooted in understanding the whole picture. I look at each patient’s history, lab results, symptoms, and goals to understand how hormones, thyroid function, metabolic health, and other factors may be working together. From there, I build a personalized treatment plan designed to evolve with the patient through thoughtful follow-up, ongoing lab monitoring, and open conversation.
