She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Northwest Christian University and went on to receive her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University. During her doctoral training, Dr. Prochaska completed advanced studies in craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, biofeedback, herbal medicine, and environmental medicine, further expanding her expertise in whole-person care. She graduated summa cum laude from both universities, reflecting her strong academic foundation and dedication to the field.
